By accessing or using Chonkist, creating an account, or posting content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Geo-Fencing and Location

Chonkist relies on authenticity. To post reviews or access certain features, you must:

• Grant the Chonkist app permission to access your device's precise location.
• Be physically present within the designated neighborhoods (e.g., Williamsburg, Greenpoint) at the time of verification.
• Not use location spoofing, VPNs, or other methods to falsify your location. Violation of this rule may result in immediate account suspension.

User Conduct & Content

You are responsible for the content you post. You agree to:

• Provide honest reviews based on your actual dining experiences.
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Not post content that is illegal, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Grant Chonkist a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your user-generated content on our platform.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Chonkist may be available through paid subscriptions (e.g., "Chonkist Monthly").

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers like Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms (especially regarding location spoofing or harassment).

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Chonkist makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of restaurant information, availability of tables, or the quality of food at listed venues.
